It is not a recording studio piano, nor a hall or live house piano. The piano used for this album is a New York Steinway owned by Takeshi Miyazaki, a leading piano tuner in Japan. This CD, recorded in a private space, is a perfect collaboration of Nori's colorful and profound improvisations and Miyazaki's beautiful overtone tuning. The 14 songs on this CD were carefully selected after an intensive meeting with renowned producer Kiyoshi Ito.
