Description
[Machine Translation] The Jimi Hendrix Experience in their final years! After disbanding Band of Gypsies, The Jimi Hendrix Experience was originally planned to reunite with the original members, but original member Noel Redding did not join the band in the end. The Experience reunited with Billy Cox, who had been a member of Band of Gypsies, and recorded the second half of the two shows in Berkeley, California in May 1970. The video work released at the same time is originally well known (however, the video is of the first half of the 1st show). Since Jimi was at his best, there are many live recordings from this period, but this Berkeley show in particular is highly regarded as one of the most exciting ones. Three months after the performance on this album, Jimi played at the famous Isle of Wight Festival.
