[Machine Translation] Parlophone is proud to announce the release of the latest work by Albarn, one of the most innovative musicians in the British music scene, including BLUR and GORILLAZ. The soundtrack to the opera "Dr. Dee", which will be performed in London in July just before the London Olympics, with Albarn as musical director. ("Dr. Dee" is the life story of John Dee, a heretical scientist, alchemist, and philosopher who lived in 16th and 17th century England and was known as an advisor to Queen Elizabeth II. ) Recorded with the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra at Albarn Studios in West London and Salford.
