Atlas Sound's first album in two years features a wide variety of songs, from Bradford's signature dreamy psychedelia to rock songs with a light guitar sound. This album is similar to the masterpiece album "Halcyon Digest" released by Deerhunter last year. The lead track "Mona Lisa" features Andrew Van Wingerden of MGMT on vocals and piano! This collaboration between two of the leading figures in the current US indie scene is truly a must-hear. The artwork for this album is by Mick Rock, who has done artwork and photography for David Bowie, Lou Reed, Iggy Pop, Mick Jagger, and many other big-name artists. Bradford also cites as inspiration for the film the name of his friend, Trish, a broadcast vocalist who sadly passed away earlier this year.
