[Machine Translation] SONS OF APOLLO is a new supergroup formed by Mike Portnoy (Dr.) and Derek Sherinian (Key) formerly of Dream Theater, Ron "Bumblefoot" Searle (G) formerly of Guns N' Roses, Billy Sheen (B) formerly of MR. SONS OF APOLLO is a supergroup newly formed by Jeff Scott Thort (Vo), known for his work with Ingvay Malmsteens Rising Force and Journey, etc. The band's first video work is a live performance held in September 2018 at the Ancient Roman Theater in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The first half of the show features the band performing mainly original songs, while the second half features the orchestra & choir performing a very special one-night-only show featuring covers of classic rock songs by Queen, Led Zeppelin, Rainbow, and others.
