[Machine Translation] The Pet Shop Boys, a one-of-a-kind duo of Neil Tennant (vocals) and Chris Lowe (keyboards), have been active since the 1980s and have a danceable, uplifting, and glamorous sound combined with nihilistic, transparent vocals. The new album was written in London and Berlin, produced and mixed in Los Angeles by Stuart Price, who has worked with Madonna, Kylie Minogue, and New Order, as on their previous album "Electric". After the release of the new album, the band will also perform four very special residencies at the Royal Opera House in London, home of the Royal Opera and Royal Ballet, from July 20 to 23. These performances, titled "Inner Sanctum" (also from the album), will be the only opportunity to see the Pet Shop Boys in a new venue-specific show. The production will be directed by longtime Pet Shop Boys designer Es Devlin and choreographer Lynn Page.
