[Machine Translation] This is a duo album featuring a live performance at Blue Note Tokyo in March 2005 by Charlie Haden, a famous bassist who sadly passed away last July, and Gonzalo Rubalcaba, a prodigious pianist from Cuba. Hayden felt a fateful telepathic connection with Rubalcaba (23 years old at the time), who did not even understand English. They later collaborated on the famous Montreal Tapes in 1998, the albums "Nocturne" (2001) and "Land of the Sun" (2004), and produced some great works together. This album was finally released by the new impulse! 10 years after this concert, and Hayden referred to himself as "an adagio guy" before his death. This is a beautiful work that allows us to feel that Hayden's spirit is still with us.
