¡The Wombats

 Description
[Machine Translation] The Wombats depict the lights and shadows of Los Angeles in their sparkling dance-pop/rock. Inspired by the chaos of Los Angeles, where the light is bright and the darkness is deep, their first new album in four years is "GLITTERBUG", which defines their sound! The Wombats are a three-piece band from Liverpool. Four years after their last album, 2011's "This Modern Glitch", which reached #3 in the UK, the long-awaited new album is now available! The theme of the new album, entitled "GLITTERBUG," is "Los Angeles. Matthew Murphy, the band's main songwriter, was inspired by the city's mix of glamour and anxiety during his stay in Los Angeles. He then set out to write a song about a fictional tale of a boisterous love affair with a woman from Los Angeles. Even with the Los Angeles theme, The Wombats' sparkling pop sound, full of danceable, electronic melodies, is still present. Or, perhaps, it could be said that the L.A. theme makes them even more sparkling, electro, and danceable. This confident third album will be a true representation of what the Wombats sound is all about.
