Yes and Ageia are two of the world's most popular and successful progressive rock groups, and Steve Howe's solo anthology features the sounds of these two progressive rock giants. Guitarist Steve Howe is credited with playing an important role in shaping the sound of these two progressive rock giants. A guitarist of unfathomable talent, Howe also boasts a long and rich career as a solo artist, having released more than 10 albums under his own name. This 2-CD set, "ANTHOLOGY," contains 33 songs selected from a wide range of recordings made by Steve Howe between 1975 and 2011. In addition, some of the tracks have been remastered for the latest version! In addition to his own studio albums, "ANTHOLOGY" also includes songs he contributed to two compilation albums. One of them will be "SHARP ATTACK," which he contributed to "GUITAR SPEAKS," released in 1988, featuring various guitarists. The other is a version of "Mood For A Day," a flamenco-flavored song from the YES era, recorded with the English Chamber Orchestra and included on "Symphonic Music of Yes" released in 1993. On April 1, Steve Howe will embark on an "Anthology Tour" featuring many of the songs from the new anthology. Twelve shows have already been announced in the UK, with additional dates to be announced soon.
