Description
[Machine Translation] Japanese cooking instructor Ms. Noren and Chinese cooking instructor Mr. Kawasaki from Tsuji Culinary Institute will give a lecture on deep-fried foods! The lecture will cover the basic mechanism of deep frying, tips on how to make professional deep fried food with a crispy outside and fluffy inside, and four recipes for practical use.
