It is about knowing the essence of what lies behind and depicting the "life" of nature. The world of Suiboku is now being presented in the form of a movie. In this official book, the lead actor, Ryusei Yokohama, describes how he faced the filming of the movie in a reportage of more than 30,000 characters and many photographs. It took him about two years to seriously devote himself to "Suiboku-ga" (ink painting).
