Description
To mark the 25th anniversary of "Evangelion", we are pleased to present a book of selected masterpieces of original drawings that all aspiring animators should take note of. This book contains a digest of the most exquisite hand-drawn original drawings from the "Neon Genesis Evangelion" TV series opening and other original drawings from episodes 1 - 26. This is a special digest edition that also includes newly discovered original drawings in full color. This book contains the opening of the Neon Genesis Evangelion TV series, as well as selected layouts and revised layouts, original drawings and revised original drawings from episodes 1 through 26, and timesheets (in one continuous stream). This book is based on the 1995 TV animation series Neon Genesis Evangelion. The materials featured in this book are excerpted from "Groundwork of Neon Genesis Evangelion Original Drawings Vol.1-3". For this reason, the majority of the pages are still in black and white, as in the previously published books. The new color pages in this book are newly scanned from the ones found after the publication of the above book. Please note that many of the images have been drawn a long time ago, and the paper itself and the adhesive tape may have discolored, and the colors of that condition may remain in the images.
