Description
[Machine Translation] Pacific Electric, a major company in the industry, was proceeding with a large-scale restructuring led by Ema, the director in charge of labor affairs in the Human Resources Department. The restructuring of Ooka, who was in charge of the actual work, proved to be a difficult task, and a tragedy occurred. Ooka, exhausted both mentally and physically, seeks relief by doing social contribution activities as a "pro bono" member of a non-profit organization headed by Mikuni. When Ooka reveals to Mikuni the true nature of Pacific Electric's layoffs, Mikuni, enraged by righteous indignation, stands up to "frame" Ema, the mastermind behind the restructuring.... This is a wry and comical novel of corporate entertainment that depicts a large corporation's brutal restructuring and the NPO volunteers who stand up to it in a light-hearted and comical manner.
