¡Johnny Thunders & The Heartbreakers
Description
[Machine Translation] In December 1976, the Heartbreakers, formed by Johnny Thunders after he left the New York Dolls, were invited to England by Malcolm McLaren to perform on the legendary Anarchy Tour with the Sex Pistols, the Damned, and the Clash. While seeking a record deal in the U.K., the Heartbreakers began working on the sessions for the album that would later become LAMF, one of New York punk's most famous records. The live album was recorded at Speakeasy, a studio in London, on March 15, 1977. The album contains 15 songs including "Chinese Rocks", "Get Off the Phone", "All By Myself", "Let Go", "Can't Keep My Eyes on You", "I Love You", "Born to Loose", and "I Wanna Be Loved", which were recorded for "LAMF". Commentary by Shunichi Otaka.
