Originally included in her third album Mignonne (1978), this classic was arranged by Ryuichi Sakamoto. In Spotify's 2023 ranking of "Most Streamed Domestic Songs by Release Decade," 4:00 A.M. ranked #1 for the 1970s. For this single release, a re-edit version tailored for 7-inch vinyl is included. Cutting was handled by world-renowned engineer Bernie Grundman. Coupling track is "Jajauma Musume," originally released as a single in 1978. Completely limited production edition.
