[Machine Translation] [URC (Underground Record Club) was a pioneering Japanese indie label that was born in 1969 and ceased its activities at the end of the 1970s. URC, which brought together Wataru Takada, Kenji Endo, Five Red Balloons, Ryo Kagawa, Happiendo, Nobuyasu Okabayashi, and many other cutting-edge talents, can be called the founder of Japanese folk/rock music. The rights to release the CDs were transferred to Sony Music in 2023, and this is the fifth in a series of CD reissues of URC's masterpieces that began in June.
