 Description
[Machine Translation] Terayama's world depicts a depressed adolescence with a composition full of experimental spirit. No. 9 on the Kinema Junpo Best Ten. --The main character "I" speaks in Tohoku dialect from the screen. The first scene, which also serves as a self-introduction, provokes the viewer into action. This is followed by the obituary of a young boy who lost his life longing for the sky. The voice of "I" echoes in the air. A grandmother who is a shoplifter, a father who is a war criminal and a loser, and a sister who hates people and only opens her heart to rabbits. With nowhere to go and no place to go but her own depressed passions, "I" meets strange people and wanders through a city that is a mixture of fantasy and recollection.
