Description
The "CROSSOVER CITY" King Records edition is a Japanese crossover/fusion compilation series curated by renowned music selector Hitoshi Kurimoto, the author of "Learn the Basics of City Pop with These 100 Albums!" and "Learn the Basics of 90s J-POP with These 100 Albums!". This compilation carefully selects fresh and exciting tracks from crossover/fusion works of the 70s and 80s that appeal to city pop fans and Japanese music DJs, without being confined to famous or representative songs. The jacket design is handled by Stereo Tennis, known for their popular 80s-style graphics. Selection, supervision, and commentary by Hitoshi Kurimoto.
