Description
Anime show "Nekketsu Denpa Club" is a 30-minute show consisting of two different series. "Rikujo Bouei-tai Mao chan" is the series that occupies the first half of the show. Based on the manga and characters created by Ken Akamatsu ("Love Hina"), the show was directed by Yoshiaki Iwasaki of "Love Hina", with the show's structure (kousei) overseen by Yousuke Kuroda of "Onegai Teacher." Pop voice actress Yui Horie performs the main theme song. The sci-fi comedy anime stars three 8-year old girls who are supposed to save the earth, but can't do so unless the current goverment's approval rating goes up. Here's the show's 2nd DVD box set including extras: 1. an A-4 sized booklet, 2. a Rubic's Cube, 3. a desk display, 4. a cute stuffed alien doll, 5. a pullback toy plane "Hayate." These extras and the 2 DVDs come housed in a lunch box type case.
