It has been 3 years since the 2nd album, and was recorded, mixed, and mastered at Peace Music with Soichiro Nakamura as the recording, mixing, and mastering engineer. The cutting engineer was Shigeru Takezawa of Nippon Columbia, produced by GEZAN Eagle Taka, the music video was directed by Jun Kawaguchi, and the jacket was photographed by Shiori Ikeno. The album features 33 minutes of 10 songs on both sides, including the singalong anthem "sings!" in which everyone sings the main vocal, and "Start Again," a song about not giving up on everyday life and finding love and hope in each day.
