Group name taken from the years of the members' births (Heisei) plus the year of the group's formation (2007). Single appears as the new intro and outro themes to anime series "Lovely Complex." Includes three songs total. Limited edition includes bonus DVD with the music video and making-of footage for the song "Hey! Say!" and alternate jacket artwork. *The DVD disc is encoded for region 2 (Japan, Europe, and Middle East), and no subtitles are included.
