I Had A Dream That You Were Mine
Hamilton Leithauser + Rostam

 Description
[Machine Translation] Rostam Badmangli, who left Vampire Weekend in 2016, and Hamilton Reesauser, who has been working as a solo artist since his hiatus from The Walkmen in 2013, have teamed up for a new project. Recorded between July 2014 and February 2016, the album is a collaboration between Brian Eno and David Byrne, who have both been working on their own solo careers and have brought their unique talents to life. Rostam, who has won a Grammy Award for his work as the core of Vampire Weekend's sound, serves as producer, while Hamilton Reesauser is the singer. This album is packed with doo-wop, country music, piano and organ reminiscent of mid-century America from the 1940s to 1960s, and analog synthesizers from the 1980s.
