[Machine Translation] Jim James, vocalist and guitarist of the Grammy-nominated band My Morning Jacket, completes his third solo album! Produced by Jim and Kevin Ratterman. Recorded in Louisville, Kentucky, with Kevin also serving as engineer. Jim produced all of the songs, with bassist Seth Kaufman (Floating Action), fellow touring drummer Dave Givhan, Leslie Stevens of Dear Lemon Trees on backing vocals, Jamie Drake, and Kathleen Grace on vocals. Kathleen Grace, among others. The cover photo is "The Illuminated Man" by American photographer Duane Michaels, for which Jim wrote a personal letter and finally received permission.
