This is a moving story of people trying to create a "family" that transcends differences in nationality, culture, and circumstances, centering on the main character Seiji, a potter; Seiji's son Manabu, who is active overseas; and Marcos, a young Brazilian man living in Japan who is helped by Seiji and Manabu.
