 Description
[Machine Translation] A secret organization nestled in the Kasbah of Desire! A maze of murderers and a trap for stray dogs! The third assassin who has leaped into the lawless zone! In Teruo Ishii's image of a "cosmopolitan city," a nihilistic and stoic assassin, a kitschy dancer, and a hot-blooded newspaper reporter are woven together in this picaresque action film. --The hitman Shuki kills the head of the Kobe Customs Office on a business trip to Tokyo at the request of a man named Agawa. However, his reward is a tip-off to the police. In order to escape from the strict security net, Shoki abducts a dancer named Rumi at Tokyo Station and poses as an a-boyfriend. Rumi was on her way to Kobe to accept a job offer from an entertainment company, and was on her way to contact her boyfriend, Mayama, a newspaper reporter, when she was abducted. Shuki went to Kobe's Kasbah district to retaliate. He locks Rumi up in a seedy hotel and breaks into a den of drug addicts in order to find out where Agawa is rooted. Meanwhile, Mayama, who has learned that the entertainment agency Rumi claims to work for has ties to the international prostitution ring "Yellow Line Zone," follows her to Kobe. He comes across a 100-yen bill. It was a 100-yen bill on which Rumi had written a message to Shugi, asking him to rescue her. The bill was passed from hand to hand, and by chance ended up in Mayama's hands. Mayama follows the path of the bill and comes into contact with a series of suspicious characters, and obtains information about a secret club for foreigners called "Seven Roses," which is the key to the case. Shuki also arrives at Seven Roses through a drug route.
