¡Sekai no Ijin Series "Party no Ato"

 Description
[Machine Translation] This is the 5th full-length album by Maki Kato's solo unit MARK, who has performed with many artists beyond genres in recent years and continues to have a unique sense of style at any given time. This album is the culmination of the "Great Men of the World Series" that began with the independently released single "Vincent van Gogh. The album is based on piano and classical guitar playing style (with some arrangements featuring a band), and although it does not have the multiple recordings that have been MARK's specialty, the floating vocals with deep reverb throughout the album are very attractive. The arrangement is simpler than ever before, and the more you listen to it over and over again, the more you are drawn into MARK's vivid world of lyrics. The songwriting, which is both universal and well-honed, makes this an overwhelming masterpiece that stands out from the rest. The mix was a collaborative effort between MARK and Kanji Nakao ( NRQ/Kaerome/Compostela ), who also played drums on this album and has been deeply involved in MARK's past works and live performances. Mastering was done by Nakamura Soichiro ( PEACE MUSIC ), who has worked with Sakamoto Shintaro and OGRE YOU ASSHOLE. The jacket photo was taken by photographer Yasuhiro Ohara, as on the previous album. The design is by Takuya Yamada, who has worked on the magazine "FADER" and Michimichi Toyoda's works for many years.
