 Description
In "RoboCop 2," our hero returns with a blue-tinted armor. OCP, the evil corporation who runs the police force, decides to create a new "RoboCop" and chooses a drug-addict/cult-leader as their subject. Tom Noonan (the original Francis Dollarhyde, the serial killer in "Manhunter" based on "Red Dragon" by Thomas Harris) is chillingly creepy as Cai, the cult leader. Screenplay co-written by graphic artist extraordinaire, Frank Miller
