Description
Shiina, a sixth-grader encounters a strange creature one summer day during her visit to her grandparents' place on an island. The creature is a shape-shifter, and also can fly through the air. She befriends it and names it "Hoshimaru." She meets other boys and girls who also had encountered and befriended creatures of the same kind. Around that time, strange and unexpected things start happening around her, which lead to exciting high-flying adventures. The anime is based on a popular manga serial in "Monthly Afternoon" magazine. Premiered on Japanese television on July 7, 2003. Contains episodes 6 & 7.
