Description
Blu-ray release of the film "Semi-pro" starring Will Ferrell. This film is an outrageous comedy set in the 1970 against the backdrop of the two basket ball professional league ABA and NBA. Jackie Moon, a one-hit wonder uses the profits from the success of his chart-topping song to achieve his dream of owning a basketball team. Jackie buys up the ABA cheam, the Flint Michigan Tropics, but this is the worst team in the league and in danger of folding when the ABA announces its plans to merge with the NBA. To survive, Jackie and the Tropics must win in the ABA league. Nearly-impossible challenge starts now!
