Description
[Machine Translation] For many years, the punk rock band "Outer" was considered a mysterious unit, but it was revealed that the vocalist was KOTOKO and the band members changed depending on the song. After nine years of irregular activity, the band was suspended in December 2012, but is now making a long-awaited comeback! They will release their first full album and hold a live concert (July 4 @ Toyosu PIT) as a one-night-only reunion. The vocalist is KOTOKO and "I've" creator Kazuya Takase, as well as other creators who have left I've, such as Tomoyuki Nakazawa, Takeshi Ozaki, and Naoki Itagaki.
