The lyrics are by Akiko Yoshimine, who is also the writer of "Matsuken Samba II," and the music is composed and arranged by Akira Miyagawa, making this the ultimate song. The lyrics are full of joy and hope, and the melody, based on the Awa Odori rhythm, is sure to get the crowd going. A remix version by the charismatic DJ Yasuhiro Konishi is also included! The coupling song "Matsuken Samba II Ondo", an Ondo version of "Matsuken Samba II" (from the self-cover album "THE VOICE"), is also included in the set.
