Description
DVD release of a live-action film based on the hit manga series "Chihiro-San" by Hiroyuki Yasuda. Starring Kasumi Arimura. Directed by Rikiya Imaizumi. Music is by Shigeru Kishida (Quruli). Plot: Chihiro, a woman who has worked in a sex industry before, are now working at a bento shop in a small town by the sea. She is a bit foul-mouthed, goes at her own pace, and is free. She is a bit out of place in town, but people want to see her such as an elementary school student waiting for her mother to come home alone, a high school girl who can't speak her mind to anyone, and a silent homeless man... Although Chihiro's unfriendly words and simple attitude may leave them feeling lonely, it's also strangely comforting. To experience this wonder, come on, let's go see Chihiro.
