Description
Deluxe box set release of the film "Hayabusa" depicting an unmanned spacecraft named Hayabusa and people supporting this spacecraft. Directed by Yukihiko Tsutsumi of "20th Century Boys." Stars Yuko Takeuchi and Toshiyuki Nishida. Set includes Blu-ray, DVD, and a bonus disc featuring a bonus disc with documentary about Hayabusa mission, lecture presentation footage, devices in Hayabusa, event footage, casts' private footage, interview with casts, and plenty more. Also includes sugoroku, description booklet, and paper craft. Plot: On June 13, 2010, an unmanned spacecraft Hayabusa, launched by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) in 2003, returned from an asteroid named Itokawa. It accomplished to collect samples from the asteroid, and it was the world's first exploit. The story depicts how the members of this project counter problems with big pressure and deal with them for seven years. *The DVD disc is encoded for region 2 (Japan, Europe, and Middle East), and no subtitles are included.
