Description
[FOX Super Price (priced-down) DVD Series] Director Harold Ramis based this movie on Peter Cook's 1967 screenplay. The late great British comic played the role of the devil in his original, and the part is portrayed by Elizabeth Hurley in this remake. The original's Dudley Moore role is played by Brendan Fraser who showcases his considerable comedic talent here. He is granted seven wishes by the devil in exchange for his soul, and experiences alternate realities as different men; a South American druglord, a star NBA player, a sensitive New Age guy, etc. The "Dolphin Song" performed by Fraser (as the wimpy New Age guy) is a howler!
