[Machine Translation] Sangakusha was established as a study, studio, and reference room for the composer Nao Shibata. Junko Shibata's wife, Junko Shibata, who supported his creative activities, including the writing of scripts for his works, has kept the Sangakusha in existence. Junko Shibata participated in the "Earl String Quartet" (viola: Toshitatsu Kono, cello: Toshio Kuronuma) formed in 1957 by the founding concertmaster of the (former) Japan Philharmonic, Broaddus Earl. Their performances of Schonberg's 2nd and Schubert's masterpieces have been passed down from generation to generation. She has long dreamed of hearing Schoenberg's 2nd String Quartet again, and she will realize her dream by holding the "Sangakusha Concert". Her friendship with Yuji Takahashi, which spanned more than half a century, culminated in "Akegata ni Kuru Hito" ("Akegata ni Kuru Hito"). This CD is the result of her friendship with Yuji Takahashi for more than half a century, and is accompanied by a new piece for violin.
