¡Rock Society Urawa (1972 RSU Ongaku Sai & RSU Natsu no Jin)
¡Kenji Endo
Description
[Machine Translation] The legendary music event "Rock Society Urawa" was held in Urawa. This is a miraculously unearthed collection of Kenji Endo's live sound recordings. The "Rock Society", a music circle that once existed in Urawa City, Saitama Prefecture, began planning events in the early 1970s with record concerts, followed by film concerts, and later developed into live concert planning. The "RSU Music Festival" was held in the spring of 1972, followed by the "RSU Summer Festival" in the summer of the same year, and the "2nd RSU Music Festival" in the spring of 1973, a major event that invited numerous Japanese musicians. The event was miraculously recorded on an open reel in excellent sound quality. Kenji Endo's two-disc set includes performances at the "RSU Music Festival" and the "RSU Summer Festival" in 1972. The album is a masterpiece of Kenji Endo's universe with a single guitar, featuring songs from the famous album "Satsukarekana" (Satisfied?), in which the three members of Happiendondo participated, as well as covers of songs by Takuro Yoshida, Wataru Takada, and Morio Agata. The highlight of this album is a previously unreleased sound track with an unknown title that has never been recorded. A fresh record of Enken at the age of 25. The ninth track "Curry Rice" on disc 1 was saved across two master tapes, so it was edited by fading out and fading in. Please understand this in advance.
