Description
Created by manga great Go Nagai, Mazinger Z debuted in 1972. The robot anime took the world by storm (except perhaps for North America back then), providing a template for later robot shows. Dr. Kabuto creates Mazinger Z to avert Dr. Hell's plan to rule the world using the super robotics technology. Hell and his henchmen try to destroy Kabuto's lab, and it's Kabuto's grandson Koji who discovers the good doctor's hidden lab and Mazinger Z... This box set contains uncut episodes 1 through 46. Bonus extras include a booklet that replicates the original project file used by the producers.
