The year is 1971, when Shocker, an evil secret society that wants to take over the world, created the "Kamen Rider"; the year is 2021, when the Deadmans, an organization that creates demons from humans, is in the dark; and the year is 2071, when the demons have completely taken control of humans and despair is swirling.
