Description
To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the broadcast of the fifth Super Sentai series, "Taiyo Sentai Sanbarkan" is now available as a reasonably priced DVD collection. Witness the heroic appearance of the first combined robot in the series, the Sun Vulcan Robot! VOL.1 contains episodes 1 to 25. Plot: Black Magma, a machine empire based in the Arctic, has set out to conquer the world. To counter this, the Earth Peace Guard is established. In addition, three members are selected from the group to become the "Sun Vulcan". Under the command of Director Arashiyama, Ryusuke Owashi from the Air Force, Kinya Samejima from the Navy, and Asao Hyoga from the Ranger Corps fight against the mechanical life forms sent by Black Magma.
