Description
This time round, Harry is assigned to work with an inexperienced female cop (played by Tyne Daly of 'Cagney & Lacey' fame) which he isn't very happy about. However, Daly's character has a certain spunk and eventually she wins him over. When the mayor of San Francisco is kidnapped by a group of terrorists who blackmail the city, it's Harry and his new partner who try to save the day. A good solid entertainment in the tradition of the first film.
