Description
The first sequel to the ground-breaking cop film pits S.F. police inspector Harry Callahan (Clint Eastwood) againt a group of vigilante cops who are killing off hard-to-indict criminals. Callahan's new partner is Early Smith (Felton Perry). The cast includes David Soul ('Starsky & Hutch') and Tim Matheson ('National Lampoon's Animal House'), with Hal Holbrook as Lieutenant Briggs, the man who forgot to "learn his limitations".
