Description
[Machine Translation] [A mysterious world begins to intrude on the reality of Nikki, an actress living in a Hollywood mansion. Winner of the 2006 National Critics Circle Award for Best Experimental Film, this is Lynch's tenth feature film, released five years after Mulholland Drive and running for three hours. Nicky, a Hollywood actress selected to play the lead role in a film about infidelity, goes to the set with great enthusiasm, but strange things start happening around her, and her reality begins to intersect with the bizarre world of a rabbit man in a 50's style room and a lost girl watching TV. The entire film was shot on digital video. It took two and a half years to complete the film, which was made without a coherent script, with Lynch himself operating the camera and calling in actors whenever he wanted to. The Blu-ray set includes a bonus DVD with the documentary "Lynch 1" and a 2-disc set with the documentary "Lynch 1".
