The first disc contains the best takes from the 2016-17 one-man live shows. The second disc includes the second set of "NEWTIDE JAZZ ORCHESTRA meets Akira Jimbo" held at Motion Blue YOKOHAMA on December 18, 2016. The second set includes a complete live recording with guests Akira Jimbo (Dr.) and Junya Yoshida (Vo.), allowing you to fully enjoy New Tide. This 2nd album has a lot of contents, but thanks to the cooperation of many people, we were able to keep the budget low and release the album for 2,500 yen for the set of 2 discs! He has won many awards, including the Yamano Big Band Jazz Contest sponsored by Yamano Gakki, a traditional big band competition for students of Kunitachi College of Music, which is also known as the "Koshien of student big bands. In 2011 and 2012, he performed with Masato Honda, an alumnus of the band. In 2013, they performed at Tokyo Jazz the Plaza, where they performed their original numbers alone on stage. In 2015 and 2016, the band performed at the "Jazz Festival at Conservatory" organized by four music academies.
