[Machine Translation] In December 2006, Atsushi Hayakawa (Vo/Gt.), Ayako (Ba.), and Yuichi Naruso (Dr.) formed Hotaru Biyori, and in January 2007, Jun Kurahashi (Gt.) joined the group. In the same month, they released their 1st independent CD "Hotaru Nikki: Part 1" and held their first live performance at Shimokitazawa BASEMENT BAR on Jan. 31, 2007. In February, they released their second independent CD, "Firefly Diary: Part 2," and in April, their third independent CD, "Firefly Diary: Part 3," and they have been actively producing music and performing live. Recently, the band has been supported by many band members and fans, including a three-man live show with KAT, a member of Hit&Run (Tamio Okuda, PUFFY, etc. ...), and appearances in live shows organized by Hoover Over. The band is scheduled to release its first mini-album in December of this year, celebrating one year since its formation, and its phenomenal growth, universal and original music, and the world view of poetry created by vocalist Atsushi Hayakawa and his rare voice have attracted listeners. They also participated in a song on the V.A. "Nijiiro Songs Vol. 1" released in November. This is a band to watch out for in the future.
