Suburban Noise was originally founded by Daddy X of the Cottonmouth Kings and manager Kevin Zinger to release Cottonmouth Kings releases. This album is a collection of songs from the late 90's to around 2004, when the Cottonmouth Kings were formed with a very strong California flavor.
