Description
[Machine Translation] Released in July 2008, LABRET jumped to the forefront of the music scene with sales of approximately 7,000 copies, an unprecedented feat for a newcomer. The band continued to release split albums and mini-albums in tandem with their energetic live performances, but with the dissolution of their label and the departure of their drummer, LABRET, which had been running since its formation in 2005, seemed to have come to a halt by all accounts. However, shortly after that, LABRET welcomed a new drummer and released a self-produced, venue-only single, "Nostalgia," which was followed by a very successful tour that showed the band's ability to keep going on its own. The new LABRET, riding high on momentum, launched INDUSTREAL, released the single "Everlast E.P." for free, hinting at an album release in 2013, and embarked on a 70-performance tour. The small ripples gradually grew like a typhoon, and after distributing 7,000 free copies and finishing the tour, they released their first full-length album in 4 years! The album is a masterpiece, "DETERMINATION", which contains 15 well-calculated songs that have grown up from the melocoa line up until now.
