[Machine Translation] From the self-liner notes of Jun Kajiwara. I am pleased to announce the release of my first solo album from Brand New Music. Last year I celebrated 25 years in music, and I feel that I have finally found my feet on the ground. It was during this time that I lost my important musical comrades who I had worked with for many years, and when I could no longer hold back the feeling that my footing was shaky, it was my fellow musicians who helped me make the decision to work as a trio. I wanted to formulate my own music with them, and this was the beginning of this album. At the same time, it was also a confirmation and reflection of myself as an extension of what I had built through friendly competition, especially with Yoshiyuki Asano. As I proceeded with the production with these thoughts in mind, I decided to complete the album as a two-disc set, with one disc containing mainly acoustic guitar tracks, many of which are songs that make me face my inner self, and another disc containing mainly electric guitar tracks, many of which are songs that release energy to the outside world. The name of the album is [ INSIDE ]. The disc named [ INSIDE ] has an acoustic guitar sound, and many of the songs were created by my own multiple recordings, so I actually had to face myself as I recorded them. The disc named [ OUTSIDE ] is an electric guitar sound, and I played around with it as much as I could, enjoying the chemical reactions of the sound as if I was playing live with my dear musical friends. I am truly grateful that I was able to create such a meaningful album at this time in my life while having fun, and that everyone is able to listen to it. I hope you will also enjoy it and keep it as your favorite listening disc.
