Born in Okayama Prefecture, she started playing the flute at the age of 9, which was the beginning of her music career, and studied mainly classical music. Influenced by her older sister who was studying voice at university at the time, she moved to Tokyo to become a vocalist. In 2008, she was chosen to sing the ending theme song for the TV animation "Ochainu: Midorito Monogatari". Recently, she has participated in the compilation album "Sakura no Maura Koro ni ~School Graduation Album Daiichibutsu~" and "Narcissus for PSP ~Moshita Moshi Moshi Ganbaran~ Vocal Album" as a lyricist and singer. Her live performances are highly acclaimed for their ability to instantly unite and enliven the audience, while her clear, elongated high notes are well known.
