Comes with a bonus DVD (110 min.) featuring excerpts from concerts held on November 20, 1963 in Manchester, on April 26, 1964 in London, and on August 1, 1965 in Blackpool, plus 49-min. unreleased scenes, unreleased interview, another opening, and more. Also includes a 60-page booklet.
