Under these circumstances, four conductors leading the classical music world, Yukio Fujioka, Kazuki Yamada, Yuto Suzuki, and Keitaro Harada, all of whom hold posts with leading Japanese orchestras and continue to promote the appeal of classical music in various ways, have joined forces to create a venue for the creation of new orchestral works. The first phase of the project, "New Classics Project," will be held at the Tokyo Philharmonic Hall in the first half of the year. As a first step, four works selected by the four conductors will be released on CD.
